Edinburgh, Scotland (1 Belgrave Place)

Prean fixed breakfast, omelets made from the remaining duck eggs, and he and Viktor then finished packing and called for a taxi. And they we headed back to London.

For lunch we finished up the ravioli with tomato sauce and the salad from the night before.

Csabi and I then got ready for a trip to the gym. He enjoys working out, running, and bike riding, but has missed going to a gym while he has been in England. It had been a few days since I was at the gym and was good to have a workout partner. We will go back to the gym on Wednesday.

On the way back from the gym, we walked through Stockbridge, did some grocery shopping, and walked back to the flat.

For dinner, I made a Shepherd’s Pie. It was my first meat dish in about a week. Both Prean and Viktor are vegetarian and so we ate plenty of salads and soups while they were here. For the remainder of the evening we watched TV.

Tomorrow we will take a walk up the Royal Mile to the castle then down to Holyrood Palace. While I had walked this same path several times, when you’re with someone new, the journey becomes a bit different and you see things that maybe you haven’t seen before.
