What a night! Kept waking up – and think I eventually got 6 hours of sleep. Maybe it isn’t a big deal. It isn’t like I need to be at work by a certain time. Why not just wake up, do some reading, or work on categorizing pictures? And that is what I did…

Eventually I got to the gym at a little after 10:00 a.m.. Though left early because a fight broke out. Yes, a fight! Not sure what happened, but first a woman came into the gym and started yelling at a guy working out with his trainer. Next thing I knew, this big buy (with massive muscles) started to punch out the guy who was being yelled at. With all of the weights around, I thought it would be a good time to leave. I’ve never seen a full-on fight like this before and it shook me up a little.

Tonight the plan was to make Hungarian Goulash, so I went to the store after working out to pick up the remaining ingredients. When I got home I saw that my last 1099 had arrived so I could finish my taxes, which I did. Also worked on my cousin’s finances too – then took a nap.

The goulash take awhile to make – a little over 2 hours. In the meantime, the place here is smelling real good and I’m looking forward to my Hungarian feast in about 30 minutes. The finish product is pictured below.

I also checked my website’s Dashboard that shows me how many people are reading this blog. It looks like around 75 people read the blog each day, but who they are, I don’t know. I’ll keep writing this blog as long as I keep traveling, that I know for sure.

  1. I checked where the plates were made – and they are made in Hungary. Having been in a few Airbnbs, over these several months, I’ve seen quite a variety of dishware. Related to this – I’ll take a picture of the paprika section in the market – also the variety of sour cream too. And pasta. And the mounds of chicken that is available. You know what the favorite food is in Hungary. And I hope to not see another fight – think it was a fluke (hopefully). Glad you’re reading along. Do you read some of my posts to your mom?
